Exeter Township will accept Sealed Bids for the following until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Monday, March 1, 2010:

2010 Liquid Propane

2010-2011 Traffic Line Painting for BCCP

2010 Fuels

2010 Intersection Markings

2010 Asphalt & Stone Products

2010-2011 Grass Mowing

Specifications may be picked up in the Engineering Department of the Township Building Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier’s check, or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the Bid total.  The Exeter Township Board of Supervisors hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid.

Bids will be opened publicly in the Township Building, 4975 DeMoss Road, Reading, Berks, County, Pennsylvania, at approximately 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Monday, March 1, 2010.
