The 2010 Census is underway.  In the next week or so, you will be receiving your 2010 Census Form in the mail.  When you receive it – please complete it and mail according to the instructions.

Your response is extremely important.  Many Township income sources are based on population figures.  This is also how the Federal and State Governments decide which counties and municipalities get funding for highways, schools, health facilities and many other programs we all rely upon.  We urge you to do your part to ensure Exeter Township gets our fair share of the appropriated revenues.  If we don’t get the assistance we need, either taxes will increase or services will decline.  The Exeter Township Board of Supervisors does not want either of those two things to happen to our residents!!

Any information you provide is confidential and cannot be used for any purpose other than counting the population.  Exeter Township officials will not be privy to the information . . if there is any concern that this is an attempt to get information to be used for purposes other than population counting – we can assure you that is not the case.
