Exeter Township Park Pavilions are available to rent for your gatherings in Community Park (large and small), Lorane Hollow Park, Pineland Park, and the Trout Run Sports Complex. A new pavilion is expected to be completed in Farming Ridge Park in 2012 as well.
At this time, rentals of the Dunn Community Center are not supported online. If you would like to rent it, please contact Joe Seltzer at 610-406-0263. However, you can download the necessary forms here: Dunn Center Usage Policy, Dunn Center Usage Application, Hold Harmless Agreement, Cleaning Checklist.
You must be registered and logged into this site in order to fill out the online form.
Follow the instructions below in order to reserve a facility online. If you prefer, you can also print out a standard form and take it to the Township Office.

- Check the availability of the Park Facility you are interested in on the calendar below before filling out the form. Items on the calendar mean that that Facility is already reserved for that day. For example, if the calendar DOES NOT say "Community Park - Small" on a particular day, then the Community Park - Small pavilion IS available that day.
- Fill out the Park Facility Rental Form. You must be registered and logged into this site in order to fill out the online form.
- Once you submit the form, you must either send in OR drop off your payment (checks payable to Exeter Township or cash only) to/at the Township Office. Be sure you include the correct fee as listed above to avoid delays in reserving a facility and possibly losing your preferred date. Your date will be reserved for 3 days. If payment is not received in that time, the date will become available for others to reserve.

NOTE: Due to the Summer Playgrounds Program, Lorane Hollow, Community Park and Pineland Park pavilions will not be available From June 11th to August 2nd, Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm. Also, the Trout Run Pavilion is ONLY available from April 1st through July 29th due to sports league usage the rest of the year. These items are not shown on this calendar.
