Our Grand Ball Room can accommodate up to 250 people for a sit down meal or 300 for a stand up reception. In addition, we offer 3 smaller rooms for smaller groups.
The Nelson Room, named after PGA Tour legend and former Reading Country Club Head Golf Professional, Byron Nelson, seats up to 70. This beautifully appointed room has hardwood floors and a natural wood burning fireplace. Rare photos of Byron Nelson adorn the walls. The Nelson Room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse and has its own private entrance.
The Poe Room, named after Henry Clay Poe, former Head Golf Professional of Reading Country Club and member of the Pennsylvania PGA Hall Of Fame, seats up to 54.
The Poe Room is located on the first floor of the clubhouse and has its own private entrance. This room is ideal for smaller parties or meetings.
The Board Room an seat up to 12 people and is an ideal place to have a business meeting. With elegant appointments such as rich leather chairs surrounding an oversized conference table, hardwood floors, and a natural wood burning fireplace, your staff, clients, or prospects will be impressed.
