Community Events

The Exeter Township Parks & Recreation Department holds several community-wide events each year. These events are great opportunities to spend some time outdoors (weather permitting, of course!), chat with your neighbors, meet some new people, and most importantly, have fun!

Events will be posted to the calendar of events found on the main page, but you can also find information here!

Halloween Drive-thru Spooktacular; Saturday, October 23rd from 5 pm to 8 pm
Back by popular demand!  Drive-thru our spooky-festive highway garage.  We look forward to seeing your Halloween costumes as you drive-thru!  We'll provide the treats at the end.  Free event, no tickets needed.

Festival of Lights; The event kicks off with the arrival of Santa (please be sure to arrive BEFORE 5pm to avoid any traffic jams with Santa's sleigh), get your FREE photo with Santa, enjoy some complimentary cookies and hot chocolate donated by our generous community sponsors, do some crafts, get some dinner (extra $), and have some fun with us!

Santa Tours Exeter Township
;  One of our personal favorites! Santa spends 4 days with us being escorted around Exeter spreading holiday cheer! You'll want to check out our Facebook page for the routes, and you can follow Santa's sleigh on SpotWalla to make sure you don't miss him!

**In case of inclement weather, adjustments to the schedule and/or routes may need to be made. We will make every effort to stick to the posted routes, but Santa can't tour in bad (or wet) weather! Any changes will be announced by 2:00pm on tour day on this site, as well as on the Facebook page. Please be sure to check for any updates.
