NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of Exeter Township (the “Township”), Berks County, Pennsylvania on September 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., during a virtual meeting that will be livestreamed on the Internet, will consider enactment of an Ordinance Amending the Township Of Exeter Code Of Ordinances, to add a Chapter 8 to be entitled "Administration And Government" to include a Part 1 To Be Entitled "Recovery Of Attorneys And Administrative Fees" (the ‘Proposed Ordinance’). The purpose of the Proposed Ordinance is to provide a schedule of fees to be collected in connection with collection of delinquent and overdue accounts owed the Township pursuant to Act No .1 Of 1996.  If you would like to give public comment, please submit your comments via email to info@exetertownship.com or leave your comment via voicemail at 610-370-9070. PROPOSED MASTER PLAN:
DANIEL BOONE HOMESTEAD MASTER SITE PLAN
Exeter Township (Township), Berks County, Pennsylvania, is accepting proposals for a one-time contract to perform certain professional (consulting) services work for Exeter Township involving the completion of a master site development plan for the Daniel Boone Homestead Property. 

One (1) clearly marked original and five (5) clearly marked complete copies (including all proposer provided attachments) and an electronic PDF version of each proposal must be received by Will Brugger, 4975 DeMoss Rd, Reading, PA 19606, no later than September 10, 2020 at 4pm. EST.  Envelopes shall be closed, sealed and marked, ATTN. – Daniel Boone Master Plan.
